Welcome to our class blog! I hope this will be a place where we can share all of the positive things going on in our classroom and at our school. As the year goes on, I will add links to other websites and pages that we visit frequently, pictures of events from around our school, and much more. I'd like to see some of our students be guest bloggers and maybe even start their own blogs to share their writing and ideas. The great part is, at the end of our school year, we will have this online journal to look back and see all that we have accomplished in 6th grade!
Please take some time to check out the links I already have posted and acclimate yourself to our site. There is a link in the sidebar for you to contact me if you have any personal questions or comments. I'd also encourage the students to use the comment link at the bottom of this post if they would like to say hi or add some feedback related to a post. As this may be a new communication tool for many kids, we will discuss the way to comment and what is appropriate and relevant to post before I allow open comments.
